About this index
The Construction Products Regulation sets the rules for how building products are tested, declared and CE marked across the EU single market. The version that took effect in January 2025, Regulation (EU) 2024/3110, extends those rules to sustainability data and introduces a Digital Product Passport. The 2011 regulation it replaces stays in force in parallel for products whose harmonised standards haven't been updated yet. The index also covers the recast Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, energy efficiency requirements, Eurocodes, EOTA EPDs and European Assessment Documents: more than 1,000 documents and 25,000 pages of legal text.
